BIRTHDAY PARTY at Grand Hotel Karel V in Utrecht

We chose "Gastronomy with a star"-Grand Menu Karel V. Our favorite dish was 'Roasted Anjou pigeon lightly smoked à la minute, jus with olives'. Wine;2003 Mmmm de Castaño, Yecla
