cooking at Chateau de Tavigny

I went to ancient Chateau de Tavigny with chef Marc van den Hoek....
cooking for 11 people at a centuries old castle...
(a few miles east of Houffalize).
Henk, the owner of the castle is an architect. We met him 2 years ago....
